Who We Are

Blue Rose Scripts provides consultation services for screenwriters and playwrights looking to sharpen their stories. Founded by Nicole Cunningham, the company accepts scripts of all shapes and sizes, helping writers fine tune their works for productions, festival submissions, publication, and beyond.

The company also serves as a resource center for amateur or early-career storytellers wanting to enhance their skill set.

For Nicole, theatre and film have always been about bringing everyone together. These free resources act as the invitation. Blue Rose’s mission is to cultivate an accessible creative community that allows storytellers to thrive.

Meet Your Consultant

Nicole has been an active participant in the film and theatre communities for over ten years both writing and reviewing (you guessed it) scripts. New play dramaturgy is both her niche and absolute passion. It also happens to be what she earned her degree in. What’s better than working with writers to bring new ideas, concepts, and fresh perspectives to life? Not a whole lot. She believes that storytellers have the ability to change how we see the world and there’s nothing more powerful than that. It is an honor and privilege (not to mention a lot of fun) consulting with you to bring your vision to fruition.
